Synopsis: Gusty north winds and steep, choppy seas will continue mainly south of Cape Blanco, except near shore from Gold Beach southward. Areas of marine stratus and fog will also persist. North winds will weaken Wednesday afternoon. Calmer conditions are expected Thursday and Friday, then stronger north winds will return this weekend.

Tonight
N wind 15 to 20 kt except N 5 to 10 kt Cape arago southward. Wind waves 3 to 5 ft. Swell NW 2 to 5 ft at 10 seconds. Areas of fog after midnight.
Tuesday
N wind 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 3 to 4 ft. Mixed swell W 1 to 2 ft at 12 seconds and SW 1 ft at 15 seconds. Areas of fog in the morning.
Tuesday Night
N wind 5 to 15 kt. Cape arago southward, N wind 5 to 15 kt...easing to 5 kt after midnight, then...rising to 10 kt early in the morning. Wind waves 3 ft. Mixed swell W 1 ft at 11 seconds and SW 1 ft at 16 seconds.
Wednesday
N wind 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 3 to 4 ft. W swell 1 ft.
Wednesday Night
N wind 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 3 ft in the evening... Becoming 2 ft or less. W swell 1 to 2 ft.
Thursday
N wind 5 kt...backing to NW in the afternoon. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 4 ft and S 2 ft. Slight chance of rain through the day.
Thursday Night
W wind 5 kt...backing to S after midnight. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 4 ft and S 2 ft.
Friday
SW wind 5 kt...veering to NW in the afternoon, then... Veering to N. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Mixed swell W 4 ft and S 2 ft.
Saturday
N wind 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less...becoming 3 ft. Swell W 3 to 4 ft.
