...GALE WARNING IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...
Synopsis: A warm front over the waters this afternoon will lift north tonight. The associated cold front moves through the waters late this evening. A secondary surface low pressure area rotates through the area late tonight. Weak high pressure spreads into the waters Tuesday morning, but weakens in the afternoon. Another round of gale force wind gusts will be possible Wednesday. The active pattern continues through late in the week.

SW wind 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt, decreasing to 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 35 kt overnight. Combined seas 14 ft with a dominant period of 14 seconds. Showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms.
Tuesday
SW wind 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt. Wind waves SW 5 ft at 7 seconds. W swell 13 ft at 12 seconds. Slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning. Showers.
Tuesday Night
SW wind 10 to 15 kt with gusts to 20 kt, becoming S 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt after midnight. Wind waves S 4 ft at 5 seconds. W swell 13 ft at 13 seconds.
Wednesday
S wind 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt. Wind waves S 7 ft at 7 seconds. W swell 12 ft at 13 seconds.
