Off the 101 south of Lincoln City, park at the Wayside Park. Lots of parking close to the beach.
This place dishes a punchy shorebreak on the high tide, but blows early and continues to blow even when Roads End starts to shutdown. Popular spot with kiters, especially during south winds.
