Synopsis: PZZ100-240815- 412 PM PDT Fri Jun 23 2017 .Synopsis for the northern and central Washington coastal and inland waters...The flow will become offshore or NE tonight due to a thermally induced trough of low pres becoming established just off the coast. Expect offshore flow to persist during much of this weekend. The trough will shift E of the Cascades Sunday afternoon, causing the flow to become onshore and strengthen. $$
